TrendHub Mart: Comprehensive Shipping Policy

At TrendHub Mart, we understand that prompt and safe delivery is the heart of your shopping experience. This policy outlines how we manage your orders from our warehouse to your doorstep.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an instant email and SMS confirmation.

Processing Time: Our team works around the clock to pack your orders. Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

Pre-Order Items: If your cart includes pre-order or "Coming Soon" items, the entire order will be held and shipped once all items are available, unless otherwise specified.
2. Shipping Rates & Thresholds

Standard Shipping Fee: A flat rate of 195 applies to all orders nationwide.

Free Delivery: We offer Free Shipping on all orders exceeding 3000.

Heavy/Bulky Items: Large items (e.g., home appliances, heavy furniture) may incur a "Bulky Item Surcharge." This will be clearly displayed in your cart during checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
We leverage a network of premium courier partners (e.g., TCS, Trax, Leopards) to ensure reliable transit.

Note: These are estimates. During high-traffic events (e.g., Mega Sales, Eid, Black Friday), delivery times may extend by an additional 2–3 days.
4. Tracking & Communication

Live Tracking: Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a Tracking ID via email and WhatsApp.

Portal Access: You can track your shipment in real-time by visiting our [Order Tracking Portal] on the TrendHub Mart website.

Delivery Updates: You will receive proactive updates if there is an unexpected delay (e.g., severe weather or logistics strikes).
5. Delivery Protocols & Security

Verification: To prevent fraud, our courier partners may request that you present your original CNIC or a copy for high-value orders.

Safe Receipt: We advise you to check the external condition of the package before signing the delivery slip. If the package appears damaged, torn, or tampered with, please alert the courier immediately.

Failed Delivery Attempts: Our couriers will typically make 3 attempts to deliver your package. If you are unreachable after the third attempt, the package will be returned to our facility, and the order will be cancelled.
6. Undeliverable Orders
If your order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you via email or call to resolve the issue. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days, the order will be processed as a return, and any applicable shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
